Abidin Şenol Apple Vinegar is made from naturally grown apples in Turkey. It is perfect for substitution of other acids for cooking, ie. Lemons, lemon juice and olive oil. As it can also add a subtle layer of avour to any dish, it’s great over steamed vegetables or as a salad dressing.
